HOW TO USE

1. Wrap the belt as shown for back, shoulder or knee and fasten it using the velcro stretch band

2. Connect the adapter cable to the power button unit and insert the adapter into the plug. Turn power on and enjoy the heat, the heat levels are adjustable using the power button.

3. Press the power switch on the heatwrap for 5 seconds to turn in on.

4. Press the switch to adjust the temprature to your comfort level.

Red light corresponds to high temperature
White light corresponds to medium temperature
Blue light corresponds to low temperature
